Can I try Redamp.io before I pay?
Yes. You can start for free, without a credit card. If you book a demo, we can also create a free 30 day trial account for you. It has no obligations, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
How is the subscription billed?
Redamp.io is billed annually. We invoice in CZK, EUR or USD. All prices on this page exclude VAT. If you need a different billing arrangement, please contact our sales team.
What counts as a user?
The price is per user per month, and you decide who counts as a user: we bill only for the people you add to Redamp.io. People you don't add can't onboard their devices, so those devices won't be managed or protected and won't appear in your company's asset inventory. They also miss out on automatic data leak monitoring, security training through the platform, alerts about current threats and other features.
How many devices can we manage and protect?
You can onboard up to 5 devices per user. The limit applies to the whole company, not to each person: with 10 users, you can protect up to 50 devices, split however you need. Shared computers and servers don't need an extra license. Each device is assigned to the user who onboarded it, and anyone on your team can use it without restrictions. In Complete Plus, each user can also have up to 3 mobile devices in MDM, on top of this limit.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No, you can start with just one user, so Redamp.io works for freelancers and very small businesses too. You can add more users at any time as your team grows.
How does renewal work?
You can choose between automatic and manual renewal in your subscription settings. With automatic renewal, your subscription renews on its own and we email you a reminder 1 month before the renewal date. With manual renewal, we contact you 2 months before your subscription ends to arrange the next term.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time directly in the platform. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and the subscription won't renew after that. We don't offer refunds for the remaining period.
